LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT, PURPOSE AND TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
PIANETA ELETTRONICA processes the personal data provided voluntarily by the user when the user consults the site or requests to use the services and functions present on the same.
The data is processed for the following purposes: management of requests for information or voluntary communications by the user via email addresses, links or forms possibly prepared and present on the site; contact the user to respond to a request from the same; create an account to take advantage of the services and features offered by the website. The spontaneous sending of e-mail messages by the user does not require management through specific databases or the creation of mailing lists; the messages remain archived in the e-mail systems of the recipient authorized to receive and process them.
The purposes for which the data optionally sent by the user are used are limited to the management of the requests themselves by the Data Controller, the processing and storage are strictly limited to the management of the request and, in any case, no later than the times prescribed by the rules, regulations, provisions and provisions in force on the subject.

No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
The personal data provided and processed are not transferred to third countries, inside or outside the European Union.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR POLICIES
The data is stored in compliance with the times established by sector legislation, with the principle of proportionality and within the limits necessary to achieve the purposes described.
The lists of users who have visited the site providing their personal data will be updated every calendar year.

CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
At any time, the interested parties can exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 et seq. of Regulation no. 2016/679.
In the foreseen cases, it is possible to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of treatment or oppose the treatment.
Where provided, the interested party has the right to revoke their consent to the processing at any time free of charge. The withdrawal of consent does not invalidate the treatments carried out before the moment of the revocation request. To exercise their rights, users can contact the Data Controller:

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the European Regulation and Italian legislation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor), as required by the 'art. 77 of the Regulation.
